Las Vegas, USA - SBM Mineral Processing., will introduce its REMAX 600 large impact crusher to North America at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas. For the first time, the Austrian company will showcase its mobile rock crushers alongside its mobile concrete mixing plants.
The tracked REMAX 600 is designed for quarrying, gravel production, and recycling, offering a maximum capacity of 600 tons per hour and up to five end products in a single pass. With a feed size of up to 40 inches and an 80-ton operating weight, it sets a new standard in large crushers.
A highlight is its hybrid electrified drive, combining a Cummins X15 diesel engine with a 520 kVA generator and mainly electric auxiliary drives. This reduces diesel use by up to 40% compared to conventional systems and lowers maintenance, noise, and emissions.
The crusher includes a double-deck vibrating screen at the inlet, optional attachable screens with up to three decks, and magnets for high-quality recycled material. Quick-connect cabling allows easy removal of add-on screens, and the SBM CRUSH CONTROL system ensures safe, efficient operation.
SBM will also feature its EUROMIX mobile wet-batch concrete plants, operable without foundations in under two days. High-precision dosing and BHS twin-shaft mixers enable consistent production of standard, specialty, or custom mixes.
Portable silos and storage modules, combined with fully automated control, allow flexible, low-staff, 24/7 operation, making EUROMIX ideal for temporary construction projects or space-limited sites.
