Schaeffler India has appointed Ms. Shibi Mathew as Head of HR and CSR. She will lead HR and CSR functions, driving innovation, inclusivity, and sustainable growth.
Date: December 6, 2024Pune - Schaeffler India Limited., a leading motion technology company, has appointed Ms. Shibi Mathew as Head of Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), effective November 4, 2024. In this role, Ms. Mathew will oversee key HR functions and CSR initiatives as part of the Executive Leadership Team, strengthening the company’s commitment to fostering innovation, inclusivity, and sustainable growth.
Ms. Shibi Mathew brings over 22 years of HR experience to Schaeffler India, specializing in team building, digitalization, HR analytics, and diversity & inclusion. A graduate of Pune University, she holds a master's in Personnel Management and diplomas in Labour Law and Executive Leadership. Her expertise will enhance Schaeffler India’s people-first approach and CSR initiatives.
