Le Creusot, France- Schneider Electric SE., an energy technology energy technology, covering electrification, automation, and digitalization for industry, has introduced the Schneider StarCharge Fast 720, a high-power electric vehicle (EV) charging solution designed for commercial and industrial locations as well as fleet operations across Europe.

Launched in Le Creusot, France, the new system delivers charging power of up to 720 kW and can support up to 12 vehicles simultaneously, addressing the rising demand for scalable and efficient eMobility infrastructure. With an efficiency rating of 97%, StarCharge Fast 720 is designed to improve productivity while supporting sustainability goals.

The solution features dynamic load management, allowing it to adapt charging output to different vehicle types, including electric trucks, buses, and passenger cars. This ensures optimal energy distribution and reduced charging times, helping vehicles return to service more quickly.

StarCharge Fast 720 is built on a decentralized architecture that enables flexible site layouts. Operators can deploy up to six charging dispensers within an 80-meter radius of a single power cabinet, allowing scalable configurations tailored to site requirements. This approach reduces grid connection complexity, simplifies installation, and lowers operational noise.

Schneider Electric also provides end-to-end lifecycle support, covering installation, customized maintenance plans, and 24/7 assistance. Remote monitoring and asset management are enabled through the EcoStruxure Energy Asset Portal, helping operators maximize uptime and control operating costs.

With Europe moving toward a 2035 phase-out of petrol and diesel vehicles and electric vehicles already representing a growing share of new registrations, Schneider StarCharge Fast 720 is positioned as a future-ready charging solution for charge point operators, fleets, and businesses seeking reliable, high-capacity EV infrastructure.
