Spelle, Germany- Bernard Krone Holding SE & Co. KG., Krone Group announces its investment in the Schwarzmüller Group and the associated partners in the European commercial vehicle industry strengthens production networks and establishes nationwide services through a complementary product range, enhancing the cooperation of the two family-owned companies.
The Austrian Schwarzmüller Group, with an annual turnover of 390 million euros (INR 35 Million) and 1,950 employees, in European manufacturer of specialized commercial vehicles. Their diverse portfolio includes lightweight trailers, robust tipper semi-trailers, high-quality tankers, and container transporters from the Hüffermann subsidiary. They also offer truck bodies, low-loaders, walking floor trailers, and timber/stanchion vehicles, known for their lightweight construction and customization options.
The Schwarzmüller Group's four specialized production sites in Germany, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Austria enhance local presence across Europe. Branches in nine additional countries bolster Krone's European presence and sales network. This partnership under Krone Commercial Vehicle Group aims to boost distribution capacity, expand service networks, and strengthen customer proximity throughout Europe.
The new partnership maintains the independence of Schwarzmüller Group's strong brands, focusing on preserving individual customer approaches while leveraging synergies for innovation and growth. With support from Krone, Schwarzmüller will continue under its existing management, and the owner family Paletar will stay involved in the boards and operational business.
