New Delhi- Servotech Power Systems, a provider of EV charging and solar solutions, and Electra EV, specializing in electric vehicle powertrain solutions, have revealed a partnership to co-develop an EV charger technology. The collaborative effort has led to the recent filing of patents for this innovative solution.
Servotech Power Systems experienced a 5% surge, hitting an upper circuit at Rs 85.50, following its collaboration with Electra EV on pioneering EV charging technologies. Together, they unveiled a revolutionary EV charger technology, recently patented, designed to facilitate rapid DC charging for GB/T Bharat DC 001 vehicles, operating on sub-200V DC platforms, via the CCS2 charging network. This breakthrough innovation addresses the needs of Electra EV's OEM and fleet customers, ensuring seamless charging compatibility while eliminating the necessity for costly dual infrastructure deployment.
This advancement benefits both passenger and commercial vehicles adhering to the GB/T Bharat DC 001 protocol. Arun Handa, Servotech Power Systems' Chief Technical Officer (CTO), expressed optimism about the collaboration's potential to expedite the development of a next-generation EV charging ecosystem, benefiting businesses and consumers alike.
