Gujarat - Shaktiman Agro., an agricultural machinery manufacturer and a division of Tirth Agro Technology, has expanded its global presence to 105 countries. Each new market reflects its commitment to customer service, supported by a vast service network. This dedication is reinforced through the Shaktiman Technical Assistance Center (STAC).

Mr. Ashwin Gohil, Chairman of Shaktiman, said, “Farmers around the world can make a confident choice to bring Shaktiman’s farm equipment onto their farms, safe in the knowledge that they’ll always have access to a dedicated global service network supplemented by genuine spare parts. Investing in ag machinery is a big decision. It’s vital for farm productivity and increasingly instrumental in optimizing a farm’s sustainability,” he says. “But in making that decision, growers need to look beyond the glitzy tradeshow stands and the polished social media performance. A machinery’s only worth its investment when it’s working and doing the job it was designed to do.”

The prototype is evaluated on three key factors: ease and speed of repair, parts accessibility, and maintenance and operation simplicity. Only after meeting all criteria and resolving critical issues does it receive approval for production and launch. Even post-launch, Design for Service remains ongoing field insights from engineers drive continuous improvements, enhancing performance while reducing downtime and remedial work.

Shaktiman’s 24/7 Technical Assistance Center (STAC) ensures quick field query resolution. A warranty of up to two years boosts customer confidence, reinforced by a thorough dealer-led onboarding process. By explaining features, policies, maintenance, and operations on-farm, Shaktiman ensures a smooth ownership experience, further supported by an optional annual maintenance contract.

Shaktiman’s L.S. Gohil Learning Academy drives service excellence, training employees, suppliers, and distributors. With a vision of “Leading Transformation through Learning and Development,” it integrates quality and service into every machine, ensuring productivity, sustainability, and top-tier customer support.
