      Pune- SKF India Limited., a provider of automotive and industrial solutions in bearings, seals, lubrication, monitoring, and maintenance, has announced the appointment of Ms. Nrithika Sridharan, Head of Strategy & Marketing, to its Senior Management Team.

      The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) through a circular resolution passed on February 19, 2025. The terms of her appointment are as per the company’s employment contract and policies.

      Ms. Sridharan brings over 15 years of extensive experience in corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and P&L management across the industrial goods and automotive sectors. She has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, partnership negotiations, new business development, and large-scale transformation programs.

      She holds a PGDM (MBA) from IIM Calcutta (2010) and a B.E. in Electronics & Communications from SSN College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai (2007). Before joining SKF India, she held leadership roles at prominent organizations, including TSF (TVS Family- Brakes India), Ashok Leyland, Murugappa Group, Bain & Company, and HCL Technologies.
