Skoda Auto India Opens First Express Care Facility in Chennai

Chennai- Skoda Auto India has inaugurated its first-ever Express Care facility at Kun Motor Enterprises, reinforcing its continued focus on building relevance, driving differentiation and strengthening customer trust in 2026.

Located at Perungudi on OMR Road, the new facility strengthens Skoda Auto India’s aftersales network and supports the brand’s commitment to improving the ownership experience. The facility also introduces Skoda Express Care, a new service offering under the Skoda Super Care programme, aimed at delivering faster, more convenient and efficient service support to customers.

The new aftersales facility spans 27,900 sq. ft. and is equipped with 16 service bays. Skoda Auto India currently operates 10 customer touchpoints in Chennai and 31 customer touchpoints across 14 cities in Tamil Nadu, including Chennai, Coimbatore, Cuddalore, Dindigul, Hosur, Karur, Madurai, Namakkal, Pollachi, Salem, Thanjavur, Tiruppur, Trichy and Vellore.

Skoda Express Care is designed to complement the company’s broader customer-focused ownership ecosystem under the Skoda Super Care Programme. The offering includes dedicated service infrastructure, advance job card preparation, parts pre-kitting, certified technicians working through a parallel workflow model, and real-time service tracking through WMS 2.0.

Available across the current Skoda model range for eligible periodic maintenance visits, Express Care aims to provide a more streamlined and efficient service experience while maintaining the brand’s quality and service standards.
