Irvine, California – SMA, Inc., an agricultural parts distributor, has announced the acquisition of Farm-Fleet Inc., a Canadian distributor of farm equipment and replacement parts. The deal also includes Farm-Fleet’s subsidiaries, Canadian Farm Supply and Partsco.

The acquisition expands SMA’s footprint into Eastern Canada, strengthening its parts offering and distribution network across North America.

Mr. Rodger Hurt, President of SMA, Inc, said, “Partnering with the Farm-Fleet Companies accelerates our mission to help farmers and families grow, now across international borders. Their strong dealer network, broad brand portfolio, and family culture complement SMA’s national footprint and will be an exciting addition to our team.”
