The "U1st" demonstrator consists of a multi-service module on an electric vehicle platform (FlexEVan), integrating technologies from the seven Software République members. It offers various services, such as healthcare and bike repair, via modular units requested by local authorities. The "U1st Vision" also includes a management tool for public and private service providers.

A total of 22 companies participated in the "U1st" project. This includes the seven Software République members, Dassault Systèmes, Eviden (part of the Atos Group), JCDecaux, Orange, Renault Group, STMicroelectronics, and Thales. Additionally, three health-oriented partners EssilorLuxottica, Praesens, and Withings contributed to the initiative. The project also involved 12 other contributors: ANCT, Emsense, Flexis, Kanopymed, Loxamed, Mon Espace Santé, NorbertHealth, OneVisage, Orosound, Sonup, TIB, and Usense.

At VivaTech, an annual technology conference in Paris focused on innovation and startups, the Software République showcases its healthcare service module, the "health pop-up" module, a part of the "U1st" vision, featuring 21 medical parameters and innovative AI technology. It addresses 'medical deserts' by offering mobile healthcare services for prevention, diagnostics, and teleconsultations. Operated by a medical assistant, it ensures data privacy and seamless interaction among devices.
