Bolechowo, Poland- Solaris Bus & Coach sp. z o.o., has announced the appointment of Agata Stańda as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2025. The decision was made by the Supervisory Board of Solaris and the CAF Group, marking a strategic leadership transition as the company continues to strengthen its position in sustainable urban mobility across Europe.
Agata Stańda succeeds Javier Iriarte, who served as CEO of Solaris until June 2025. Iriarte will now take on the role of Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company. Additionally, he has assumed broader responsibilities as the CEO of the CAF Group.
Agata joined Solaris in February 2020 and has played a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction. Since 2023, she has served as Management Board Member for Strategy and Sustainability, overseeing critical initiatives focused on growth and green mobility. She brings with her extensive international experience, having managed teams and projects across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Agata is an alumna of the Poznań University of Economics and Business and the ESCP Business School in Paris.
