Poznań, Poland- Solaris Bus & Coach sp. z o.o. has signed new contracts with Scandinavian public transport operator Nobina for the delivery of 103 units of Solaris Urbino 15 LE electric buses in Sweden. The zero-emission buses will be deployed across the regions of Stockholm, Göteborg and Skåne, with deliveries scheduled for 2027.
Under the latest agreements, 50 buses will operate in the Stockholm region, 49 buses will serve routes in Skåne, and 4 buses will run near Göteborg. The order further strengthens the long-standing partnership between Solaris and Nobina, which has been ongoing since 2010.
The Solaris Urbino 15 LE electric is designed for both urban and suburban transport. The buses ordered by Nobina will be equipped with high-capacity Solaris High Energy batteries, enabling reliable operation on longer routes beyond city areas.

He added that the Urbino 15 LE electric combines zero-emission operation with passenger comfort, and thanked Nobina for continuing to place its trust in Solaris.
