Punjab - Sonalika Tractors., a tractor manufacturer, recorded its highest-ever August overall sales of 12,581 tractors in August 2026. The company said its sales growth during the month was 1.9 times the estimated industry growth, indicating a stronger performance than the overall tractor market.
The company also achieved its highest-ever monthly production of 18,067 tractors at its Hoshiarpur manufacturing facility. The production milestone is expected to support Sonalika in meeting tractor demand during the upcoming festive season.
Sonalika sold 12,581 tractors across domestic and export markets in August 2026, marking its best-ever overall sales performance for the month of August.
According to the company, its sales growth was 1.9X the estimated industry growth during the month. This reflects stronger momentum compared with the broader tractor industry.
Along with record sales, Sonalika also reached a new production milestone. Its Hoshiarpur tractor plant produced 18,067 tractors in August 2026, the highest monthly production recorded by the company.
The higher production level is expected to help Sonalika maintain tractor availability and meet demand during the festive period.
With both sales and production reaching record levels, Sonalika is preparing for the upcoming festive season. The company is focusing on its manufacturing capacity, tractor portfolio and market reach to meet farmer demand across different regions.
Sonalika also plans to promote its new Gold Series tractors in the coming months as it looks to maintain its sales momentum during the festive season.
