Stellantis Announces Key Management Changes to Enhance Global Performance

Amsterdam, Netherland- Stellantis N.V., has announced immediate management changes under CEO Carlos Tavares. This move aims to sharpen the Company's focus on key business priorities and directly address the global challenges facing the industry.

Mr. Antonio Filosa has been appointed Chief Operating Officer for North America while continuing his role as CEO of the Jeep brand. He succeeds Carlos Zarlenga, whose next position will be announced later. Antonio has previously led Stellantis' South America Region, where he successfully drove increased revenue, quality, and market share, bringing extensive business and leadership experience to his new role.

Mr. Jean-Philippe Imparato has been named Chief Operating Officer for Enlarged Europe in addition to his role as CEO of Pro One, succeeding Uwe Hochgeschurtz, who will leave the company. With nearly 34 years of experience in brand management, business units, and commercial networks within Stellantis, Jean-Philippe will focus on enhancing the region's commercial performance during this critical period of energy transition.

Mr. Doug Ostermann has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Natalie Knight, who will depart from the company. Doug brings over 19 years of finance experience across three international groups, including Stellantis and another OEM. He previously served as Stellantis China's Chief Operating Officer, boasting extensive expertise in the automotive industry and P&L management.

Mr. Gregoire Olivier takes on the role of Chief Operating Officer for China while continuing as the Liaison Officer to Leapmotor, leveraging his deep knowledge and experience of the Chinese market.

Mr. Santo Ficili has been appointed CEO of Maserati and Alfa Romeo and will join the Top Executive Team. Santo’s extensive knowledge of the automotive sector and commercial operations will be instrumental in driving the brands forward. Davide Grasso’s next position will be announced in due course.

To enhance commercial performance, the Supply Chain organization will move from the Purchasing Division, led by Maxime Picat, to the Manufacturing Division under Arnaud Deboeuf. This change allows Maxime to concentrate more on driving performance improvements with supplier partners.

Mr. John Elkann, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said, “The Board of Directors is unanimous in its support of Carlos Tavares and for the decisive changes announced today. We are confident that these steps to simplify our organisation will strengthen our leadership team as they work to restore the Company’s performance to industry leading levels.”

The Company also confirmed that the formal process to identify a successor to Carlos Tavares, when he retires at the conclusion of his CEO term in early 2026 is already under way. This is being led by a Special Committee of the Board Chaired by John Elkann and will complete its work by the fourth quarter of 2025.
