Hoofddorp, Netherlands– Stellantis N.V., has officially appointed Mr. Antonio Filosa, a 25-year veteran of the company, as its new Chief Executive Officer, The unanimous decision by the Board follows an extensive global search process and signals a strategic move to bolster Stellantis' leadership during a pivotal period of transformation in the automotive industry.
Filosa, who has held senior executive roles across North and South America, brings a proven track record of brand expansion, operational excellence, and global market leadership. As former CEO of Jeep and Chief Operating Officer of Americas, he revitalized operations, drove product innovation, and strengthened dealer and supplier networks.
Recognized for his deep knowledge of Stellantis' global operations and his dynamic leadership style, Filosa is set to unveil a new leadership team upon assuming the CEO role. He succeeds Carlos Tavares and will be supported by Executive Chairman Mr.John Elkann, who continues in his role.
