Garner, Iowa - Stellar Industries, Inc., a trucks and trailers manufacturer, has launched 2025 TMAX Aluminum Mechanic Truck, and 2025 Hybrid Power Source (HPS) at the National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) Work Truck Week 2025, scheduled for March 4–7 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The 2025 TMAX Aluminum Mechanic Truck from Stellar introduces several new features designed for enhanced functionality and durability. It includes integrated mounting rails within compartments for customizable configurations and added holes between compartments for seamless wiring installation. The truck also features 16-inch bale-style pull-handle drawer sets for improved organization and fewer welded holes on the body to enhance durability. Maintenance is made easier with a redesigned, top-mounted filter on the hydraulic reservoir, while repositioned mudflaps on wire guards help prevent interference with exhaust systems.

The 2025 Hybrid Power Source (HPS) enhances efficiency with modular battery options, a space-saving design, and seamless integration with Stellar cranes and stabilizers. It features a refined hydraulic system, quiet operation, and compatibility with both ICE and EV chassis—offering standalone power for EVs and chassis-charged flexibility for ICE models.

Mr. Tyler Havens, Product Manager at Stellar, said, “With battery technology and electrification rapidly evolving, we want to ensure our customers have access to the most efficient and capable power solutions available. The model year approach allows us to bring updates to market in a streamlined, easy-to-adopt manner, reinforcing our commitment to innovation while making upfitting and product adoption more seamless for our distributors.”

In addition to these exciting launches, Stellar will present a range of advanced work truck solutions:

The NXT18 Hooklift delivers top-tier efficiency and flexibility with a best-in-class 7.5" lost load height, an 18,000-lb capacity for 8' to 14' bodies, and a pre-drilled Z-rail for quick installation. It features a bolt-on universal latching system, a manually adjustable hook height, and a double pivot hook bar for low-profile applications.

Stellar is debuting its Mini Lube Truck, highlighting its acquisition of Elliott and expansion into fluid service vehicles. This versatile single-axle truck, available in open or enclosed configurations, supports CDL and non-CDL applications. It features 4–5 oil pumping systems, industry-leading underbody storage, a used oil evacuation system for clean disposal, and high-performance pumps for handling viscous oils.
