Delhi -Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., has introduced the updated 2026 Burgman Street in India, bringing a series of refinements across design, features, comfort, and performance. The maxi-style 125cc scooter continues to strengthen its presence in the premium family scooter segment, building on its strong customer base in the country.
The 2026 Burgman Street retains its familiar maxi-scooter silhouette but adopts a cleaner and more premium design language. It now features split-lens LED headlights with integrated position lights, compact LED indicators, a refreshed tail lamp, and a smoked windscreen. Subtle styling updates, including metallic-finish elements and an upswept muffler, enhance its modern and refined appeal.
Comfort and practicality remain key highlights of the scooter. It continues to offer a long and wide footboard that allows a relaxed riding posture, along with a spacious seat for both rider and pillion. The underseat storage has been expanded, making it more practical for daily use and capable of accommodating larger items such as a full-face helmet.
In terms of features, the scooter is equipped with multiple convenience-focused additions, including front storage compartments, a USB charging outlet, utility hooks, and an easy start system. The higher variant brings in a keyless system with remote access for seat, fuel lid, and steering lock, along with a connected TFT display that supports turn-by-turn navigation through a dedicated mobile application.
Powering the 2026 Burgman Street is a refined 124cc single-cylinder engine based on Suzuki’s Eco Performance platform. It delivers improved torque and smoother response, supported by a revised CVT that enhances performance in typical city riding conditions. Additional refinements such as a quieter start system, tuned exhaust note, and a lighter yet stiffer frame contribute to a more polished and comfortable riding experience overall.
