Swaraj Tractors Launches 843 XT Tractor in India

Punjab - Swaraj Tractors., a division of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., has launched the Swaraj 843 XT, a new tractor designed to meet the needs of Indian farmers. The model is available in both 2WD and 4WD variants, making it suitable for different soil and crop conditions. The company states that the tractor offers higher power, better control, and reliable performance.

The Swaraj 843 XT features enhanced engine horsepower, allowing it to handle heavy agricultural tasks with ease. Its higher Power Take-Off (PTO) output helps operate implements such as rotavators, threshers, and harrows effectively. The strong hydraulic system supports lifting and operating heavy implements during fieldwork.

For improved safety and stability, the tractor comes with bumper mounting pads and oil-immersed brakes for better control. The larger 14.9 rear tyres provide improved grip and balance in the field.

The tractor is equipped with a PCM gear system and a side shift gear option for smoother gear changes. It also includes IPTO and an Easy Hitch system, making it easier to attach and remove implements. A 304.8 mm (12-inch) clutch ensures smooth operation, while the DCV system enhances hydraulic control. The bend-type front axle adds strength and stability on uneven fields.

The 2WD variant is suitable for general farming, while the 4WD version offers better performance in wet and difficult soil conditions. With higher power and upgraded features, the Swaraj 843 XT is positioned as a dependable choice for modern farming operations.
