Chennai - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited., (TAFE) an agricultural machinery manufacturer, has appointed Dr. Lakshmi Venu as Vice Chairman. A dynamic leader, she is widely recognized for her contributions to farm mechanization and the auto component industry.
Dr. Lakshmi Venu’s strategic vision, customer focus, quality-driven approach, and deep involvement in TAFE’s Massey Ferguson and Eicher Tractors reflect her commitment to people, innovation, and excellence. In recognition of her leadership, TAFE appoints Dr. Lakshmi Venu as Vice Chairman of its Board.
Dr. Lakshmi Venu has received numerous accolades, including "Most Powerful Women in Business" and "Young Leaders - 40 Under 40" recognition. She also serves as Managing Director of Sundaram-Clayton Ltd., an automotive component manufacturer. A Yale University graduate, she holds a Doctorate in Engineering Management from the University of Warwick, UK.
