Tata launches Nexon iCNG and Nexon.ev 45 kWh

Nexon iCNG, India’s first Turbocharged CNG vehicle at ₹8.99 Lakh. The Nexon.ev now offers an extended range and faster charging from ₹13.99 Lakh, alongside the new Red Hot #DARK edition.

Mumbai- Tata Motors Limited., a manufacturer of cars and SUVs, has launched the Nexon iCNG and expanded the Nexon.ev lineup with a new 45 kWh battery and the Red Hot #DARK edition. This makes the Tata Nexon the first SUV in India to offer four distinct powertrains: petrol, diesel, CNG, and electric. Since its debut in 2017, the Nexon has consistently ranked among India’s bestsellers, combining stylish design, safety, and top features for superior performance.

The Nexon iCNG introduces India’s first turbocharged CNG powertrain with a 1.2L engine, delivering 100PS of power and 170Nm of torque without compromising performance. Its innovative twin-cylinder technology provides a segment-leading boot space of 321 liters. The Nexon iCNG also boasts premium features like a Panoramic Sunroof, Leatherette Ventilated Seats, and a 10.25” Harman infotainment screen, making it the most luxurious CNG SUV in India. Additionally, it offers direct start in CNG mode and a single ECU for automatic switching between petrol and CNG.
