      Mumbai- Tata Motors Limited's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Günter Butschek as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a tenure of five years, effective from May 1, 2025, to April 30, 2030.

      Mr. Günter Butschek is a globally experienced executive specializing in industrial strategy and operational excellence in aerospace and automotive sectors. Known for leading large-scale business transformations, he has optimized manufacturing, supply chains, and global operations while fostering strategic partnerships and agile corporate cultures.

      Since April 2022, he has been the CEO of Cubonic GmbH, a leader in sustainable electric LCV solutions. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Cheesecake Energy Limited, UK. Previously, he was CEO & MD of Tata Motors (2016–2021) and held key leadership roles at Airbus and Daimler Group, driving innovation, efficiency, and global expansion.
