Tata Motors Launches Next-Gen Tiago and Tiago.ev in India

New Delhi - Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles (TMPV), an automobile manufacturer, has launched the Next Gen Tiago, redefining expectations in the hatchback segment with enhanced design, practicality and advanced technology. Offered in petrol, iCNG and electric powertrain options, the new Tiago starts at ₹4.69 lakh for the ICE version and ₹6.99 lakh for the Tiago.ev, delivering strong value across both conventional and electric mobility choices.

The updated Tiago range is available in petrol, iCNG and electric options, each designed with a distinct customer focus. The petrol and iCNG versions offer a bolder exterior, improved features and practical everyday usability, while the Tiago.ev brings a more modern, tech-focused design for urban electric mobility.

The new model features refreshed colours, a stronger road presence, LED DRLs, connected tail lamps, R15 diamond-cut alloy wheels, a premium dashboard, dual screens and a modern steering wheel. Technology upgrades include a 360° Surround View Camera, Blind View Monitor, 26.03 cm HD touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, iRA connected car features and fast-charging support for the EV.

The Tiago.ev strengthens Tata Motors’ affordable EV offering with lower running costs, fast charging that can add up to 100 km range in 18 minutes, lifetime HV battery warranty and flexible ownership options. It is positioned as a practical and cost-efficient choice for city users and daily commuters.

The Next Gen Tiago also offers one of the widest choices in its segment, including petrol MT and AMT, iCNG MT and AMT, and EV options. Tata’s Twin-Cylinder iCNG technology and CNG AMT further improve convenience and practicality for Indian customers.

On safety, the new Tiago range includes features such as 6 airbags, ESP with traction control, 360-degree camera, Blind View Monitor, automatic headlamps and Tata’s Safety Dome structure.
