Unveils the all-new Tata Ultra EV 7M for green intra-city mass mobility
Date: August 29, 2024Mumbai- Tata Motors Limited., a commercial vehicle manufacturer, showcased innovative mass mobility solutions at Prawaas 4.0, its introduced an array of advanced mobility solutions; the Tata Ultra EV 7M, a zero-emission electric bus for urban transit; the Magna EV, a premium intercity coach; the Tata Magic Bi-fuel, offering both CNG and petrol options; the Tata Ultra Prime CNG for school and staff transport; the Tata Winger 9S, a luxury 9-seater van; the Tata CityRide Prime, a next-gen intercity bus; and the Tata LPO 1822, a high-performance, cost-effective bus chassis for long distances.
The Tata Ultra EV 7M is a compact electric bus designed for urban mobility, seating 21 passengers and excelling in narrow, high-traffic areas. Powered by a 213kW motor and a 200kWh Li-ion battery, it offers a 160 km range per charge and fast charging in 2.5 hours. Key features include an electronic braking system, electronic stability control, and an Intelligent Transport System (ITS) with an Automatic Passenger Counter. Regenerative braking technology further enhances efficiency and range.
