Sassenberg, Germany- technotrans SE., a technology and services group specializing in thermal management solutions, has secured a follow-up order from a European electric bus manufacturer. The company will provide battery thermal management systems (BTMS) for several e-bus series, with a larger scope than before. The order, valued in the double-digit million-euro range, ensures the manufacturer’s full supply for 2025.

The new order strengthens an ongoing partnership. The initial contract from May of last year was one of technotrans' largest in the road vehicle sector, followed by a subsequent order in late summer 2024 that solidified the company’s reputation as a trusted electromobility partner. Now, this collaboration is expanding further. As part of the e-bus manufacturer’s largest order to date, technotrans will continue supplying three production sites for electric buses in France and the Czech Republic. These energy-efficient cooling systems ensure optimal battery temperature control, supporting the safe operation of electric buses. With this major order, technotrans enhances its position in the electromobility market, contributing to the future of sustainable transportation.
