Connecticut, U.S - MAGNA., a brand of Terex and the large-scale crushing company, has appointed three trading companies of the UK-based Molson Group, collectively known as Molson US Powerscreen, as official distributors across North America. With operations spanning fourteen states, including Washington, California, Texas, and Arizona, Molson US Powerscreen brings significant market reach for MAGNA in the region.

The partnership strengthens MAGNA’s North American growth strategy, giving contractors access to high-output crushing equipment designed for demanding applications in mining, aggregates, recycling, and large-scale contracting. Molson’s U.S. operations cover thirteen states, with Powerscreen of California operating six locations across California, Nevada, and Arizona; Powerscreen Texas serving Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas; and Powerscreen of Washington covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. The group will also extend MAGNA coverage to New Mexico and Utah.

Mr. Neil McIlwaine, MAGNA’s Business Line Director, said, “We see Molson Group and its Powerscreen branches as a key driver for our success in the U.S. Having represented other Terex brands for many years, Molson is an ideal distributor, leveraging our global infrastructure and digital platforms to deliver specialized service and support.”

Mr. Andrew Marsh, Global Commercial Director at Molson Group, said, “In Washington and California, we are focusing on large jaws and cones to support hard rock quarrying and mining. In Texas, we expect strong demand for MAGNA’s large impactors, which are ideal for limestone and recycling applications. The versatility of the MAGNA line enables us to deliver tailored solutions to each region, ensuring the right equipment for every application.”
