United States/India- Ohmium International Inc., a provider of Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) hydrogen technology, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private Limited (India) in New Delhi. The partnership will integrate Toyota’s PEM fuel cell modules with Ohmium’s advanced PEM electrolyzers.
The signing event at Shangri-La Eros Hotel was graced by Hon’ble Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari, along with Ministers Shri Shripad Yesso Naik and Shri Manjinder Singh Sirsa. Toyota Kirloskar leaders Ms. Manasi Tata Kirloskar and Mr. Swapnesh R. Maru also expressed strong support for the initiative, aimed at advancing clean energy and sustainable mobility.
The collaboration will explore potential partnership opportunities to integrate Toyota’s advanced fuel cell technology with Ohmium’s highly efficient, hyper-modular system designs. Ohmium’s factory-assembled and pre-tested modules are engineered for rapid, low-cost installation, enhancing deployment efficiency.
Backed by Toyota Motor Corporation, Toyota Kirloskar Motor will bring deep expertise in fuel cell technology to support innovation and sustainability in the transportation sector. Ohmium will contribute its cutting-edge PEM electrolyzer systems, featuring advanced power electronics and closed-loop cooling.
Together, the companies aim to accelerate the development of scalable, efficient, and affordable green hydrogen energy solutions.
