Bengaluru- Turntide Technologies., a manufacture electric motors, power electronics, and energy storage, has announces the launch of its low and high-voltage power electronics series, along with its advanced axial flux motors, to support India’s growing demand for sustainable transportation.

Turntide’s Gen 4, Gen 5, and Gen 6 inverters offer scalable solutions for EVs and hybrids, ranging from 48 V to 800 V. The Gen 4 inverters suit low-voltage applications like two- and three-wheelers, while the Gen 5 supports hybrid and electric vehicles with advanced motor control. The latest Gen 6 series deliver high efficiency, reliability, and power density, designed for the demanding conditions of Indian roads. These inverters offer seamless integration and superior performance for OEM electrification systems.

Turntide’s axial flux motors provide high torque density and compact design, improving vehicle performance while reducing energy consumption and ownership costs. These motors are ideal for space-constrained applications, such as hybrid electric vehicles. Engineered in the UK and optimized for local conditions, they enable OEMs to deliver efficient, high-performing vehicles tailored to Indian consumers. In alignment with the "Make in India" initiative, Turntide is building a local supply chain, with power electronics manufactured at Kaynes Technology in Mysuru, a leader in advanced electronics manufacturing in India.

Mr. Pradumna Walimbe, Managing Director of APAC at Turntide Technologies, said, “We are proud to be the first in the Indian market to introduce high-voltage-axial-flux-motors that will empower OEMs to rapidly innovate their hybrid and electric vehicle offerings. Our USP is bringing clients to production faster with our own axial flux motors, power electronics, software, and diagnostics suite. India is a critical market for us, and our manufacturing collaboration with Kaynes Technology for local power electronics manufacturing reflects our commitment to sustainability and alignment with the ‘Make in India’ initiative. With the Indian electric mobility ecosystem at a pivotal stage, these products deliver unmatched efficiency and performance, empowering manufacturers to meet evolving consumer demands.”
