New Delhi- TVS Motor Company Ltd., a two and three-wheeler manufacturing, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kadam Mobility, an EV-first fleet and infrastructure platform, to deploy 500 units of TVS King EV MAX electric three-wheelers during FY 2025–26. The collaboration aims to boost sustainable public transport across India’s metros and Tier 1 cities while promoting inclusive urban development and driver empowerment.

Kadam Mobility will introduce the EVs in phases, beginning with pilot zones in Q2 of FY25–26, followed by a gradual expansion in vehicle count and route coverage. With a focus on clean intra-city travel and livelihood generation, the initiative will also create dignified employment opportunities, particularly for women and underrepresented groups.

The TVS King EV MAX, offering a 179 km range, fast charging, Bluetooth-enabled SmartXonnect™, and a spacious, durable build, will enhance Kadam Mobility’s integrated EV ecosystem—including vehicles, charging infrastructure, and driver training—to deliver reliable and affordable electric mobility.

Mr. Rajat Gupta, Business Head – Commercial Mobility, TVS Motor Company, said, “Our collaboration with Kadam Mobility reinforces our shared commitment to India’s electric transition and inclusive urban mobility. The TVS King EV MAX, engineered with a strong focus on performance, range, and comfort, is well-suited to support Kadam Mobility’s mission of enabling clean last-mile and passenger mobility for everyone in need. Together, we aim to drive impact at scale, while also supporting employment generation and dignified livelihoods in the mobility sector.”

Mr. Anubhav Swara, Founder & CEO, Kadam Mobility, said, “At Kadam Mobility, our mission is to transform last-mile and passenger mobility through electric-first, partner-centric solutions. Partnering with TVS Motor Company gives us access to industry-leading vehicles and engineering excellence. This collaboration marks a major step toward our goal of scaling clean mobility infrastructure while empowering thousands of drivers with future-ready livelihoods. We are excited to deploy 500 electric vehicles in FY 2025–26 as part of this vision.”

This partnership marks Kadam Mobility’s entry into shared and passenger mobility, expanding beyond delivery fleets. The first batch of TVS King EV MAX vehicles will launch in June 2025, supporting urban commute solutions and advancing India’s electric mobility and inclusive growth goals.
