Bengaluru- TVS Motor Company Limited., (TVSM) an automaker in the two and three-wheeler segment – today announced the appointment of Mr. Peyman Kargar as Head International Business. He will be based out of Dubai and report to K N Radhakrishnan, Director & CEO, TVS Motor Company. Peyman is an accomplished global automotive leader with over three decades of experience across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Peyman Kargar is the former Global Chairman & President of INFINITI, Nissan’s luxury brand, where he led the entire value chain globally, including Product Planning, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales & Marketing, and Finance. During his tenure (until March 2023), he transformed the brand, boosting volume by 20% and positioning it for $1 billion in annual profit.
Previously, he was Chairman & SVP of Africa, Middle East, and India for Nissan and CEO of the Datsun brand, overseeing operations in 80+ countries. From 2014 to 2017, he served as VP of Sales & Marketing at Renault Group, managing 50 countries across Africa, the Middle East, Iran, and India, with a €4 billion turnover and 400,000 annual sales.
Earlier, he was Managing Director of Renault Middle East and Country Manager Director in Iran, overseeing R&D, manufacturing, sales, and aftersales.
Peyman holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA specializing in Finance, Strategy, and Leadership.
