Bengaluru- TVS Motor Company (TVSM), a two- and three-wheeler manufacture, has appointed Ms. Madhu Manral Srivastava as President & Group Head – Human Resources. She will be based in Bengaluru and will lead the company’s HR strategy across its global operations.

Madhu brings extensive cross-industry HR experience across natural resources, oil & gas, financial services, telecom, and manufacturing. She specializes in organizational development, leadership growth, talent management, and large-scale HR integrations.

Mr. Sudarshan Venu, Chairman of TVS Motor Company, said, “Madhu’s experience will add significant value to the Group. We are confident she will build on TVS’s legacy of values, trust, and excellence. We also thank Mr. R. Anandakrishnan for his 38 years of dedicated service and for establishing strong HR foundations.”

Before joining TVSM, Madhu served as Global CHRO of Vedanta Resources and held senior HR roles at Cairn Oil & Gas, Citibank, Genpact, Reliance, GE Capital, and Godrej. She holds a Science degree and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, and enjoys running and traveling.
