TVS Motor Appoints Ravindran Shanmugam as Director

Bengaluru -TVS Motor Company., a leading global two and three-wheeler manufacturer, has appointed Mr. Ravindran Shanmugam as an Independent Director for a period of five years effective May 13, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The company said his expertise in AI-led platforms, digital transformation, technology businesses, and global growth strategies will strengthen the board and support its future growth plans.

Mr. Ravindran Shanmugam is the Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Mablle, a Singapore-based AI-powered interior design and renovation platform. He previously worked with McKinsey & Company as a management consultant, advising companies on growth and business strategy. He is also an alumnus of the University of Oxford.
