Ohio, USA Gradall Industries., an excavator’s manufacturer, introduced the new Vacall AllExcavate 35 (AE35) compact vacuum excavator at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026, highlighting a machine designed for durability, versatility and simplified operation.

The 26,000-lb AE35 is built on a Daimler Truck chassis, allowing easier servicing through standard truck service networks. According to Vacall, the unit can be operated without a commercial driver’s license (CDL) and does not require specialized operator training, making it suitable for municipal fleets and rental operators.

Mr. Tod Ebetino, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Vacall, said “The AE35 delivers the performance of larger vacuum excavators while remaining compact and easy to operate. The machine is designed to handle a wide range of utility and infrastructure tasks, including locating fiber-optic cables, exposing water lines, identifying sewer, gas and electrical utilities, cleaning valve boxes, responding to water main breaks, preparing sites for utility pole installation and performing trenching, potholing and daylighting operations.”

The excavator features a fully galvanized 3.5-cubic-yard debris body with a textured exterior finish. Vacall uses a hot-dip galvanizing process in which zinc metallurgically bonds with the steel structure, providing enhanced resistance to corrosion, abrasion and harsh working environments.

Additional aluminum components are engineered to reduce weight while maintaining structural strength and durability during prolonged jobsite use. The machine is also equipped with a 500-gallon water tank, mounted behind the cab to optimize capacity, maintain a balanced center of gravity and support safe road transport while meeting weight regulations.

With its compact design and durable construction, the Vacall AllExcavate 35 is positioned as a versatile vacuum excavation solution for municipal utilities, contractors and rental fleets.
