New Delhi-VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV) has signed a strategic MoU with leading EV charging solutions provider Statiq to enhance electric vehicle infrastructure across India. The partnership will integrate 8,000+ EV charging stations into VECV’s MyEicher fleet management app, enabling seamless access for Eicher electric truck and bus users, including the new Eicher Pro X series.

As the preferred EV charger supplier, Statiq will install and manage both AC and DC fast chargers, offering real-time charging station data, navigation, and pricing within the MyEicher app. Customers will also benefit from exclusive EV charging offers and tariffs tailored for Eicher vehicles.

This collaboration aims to build a robust EV ecosystem for commercial vehicles through turnkey EV charging solutions, shared infrastructure, mobile charging units, and revenue-sharing models. Joint services include call center support, service ticketing, and maintenance.

With the government promoting electric mobility in India, the VECV-Statiq alliance is set to accelerate the shift towards sustainable transport by addressing the growing need for commercial EV charging infrastructure.
