Minneapolis, United States- Victory Tire & Auto Service Inc., a Straightaway Tire & Auto brand, has acquired Pod's Complete Car Care, an automotive repair facility in White Bear Lake. The deal, finalized on July 9, 2025, marks Victory's 19th location in the greater Minneapolis area and its first presence in the White Bear Lake community further solidifying the brand’s reach across the northeast metro.
The newly acquired facility is a well-established eight-bay shop with the potential to expand to ten bays. Backed by a skilled team of five technicians and two service writers, Victory Tire & Auto plans to invest in additional resources to support growth and maintain its commitment to exceptional customer service.
This acquisition is part of Victory Tire & Auto’s broader strategy to enhance market density and improve service accessibility in high-potential areas. As Straightaway continues to grow in both new and existing markets, it remains open to partnership and acquisition opportunities with shop owners interested in joining the network.
