Bengaluru- VinFast Auto India Private Ltd., the Indian subsidiary of global electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast, has inaugurated a new 3S dealership in Bengaluru, marking the company’s 50th retail outlet in the country as part of its ongoing expansion in the Indian electric vehicle market.
The newly opened VinFast showroom has been developed in partnership with dealer group PPS Motors LLP under the leadership of Raaj Sekar. Located on Hosur Road in the Electronic City area, the facility has been built in line with VinFast’s global retail standards and covers more than 11,500 sq ft, combining both showroom and service operations in a single location.
The showroom area spans around 2,500 sq ft and has been designed with a modern layout to provide customers with a premium brand experience. The facility offers integrated sales and after-sales support, with dedicated teams handling customer enquiries, vehicle delivery, and service requirements.
VinFast stated that the new dealership is part of its wider plan to expand its retail presence across India. The company aims to establish 75 dealerships across more than 60 cities by the end of the year, covering metro cities as well as emerging markets to improve access to premium electric vehicles.
Mr. Tapan Ghosh, CEO of VinFast India, said, "the opening of the 50th showroom marks an important step in the company’s growth in the country and reflects its focus on strengthening brand presence through a wider sales and service network. He added that the new 3S facility in Bengaluru will help deliver integrated sales, service, and spare-parts support to customers."
Along with expanding its retail network, VinFast is also working on building a complete electric-vehicle ecosystem in India, including manufacturing, charging infrastructure, after-sales services, and battery support systems in collaboration with financial institutions and industry partners. The company’s electric SUV models, VF 6 and VF 7, have received high safety ratings under Bharat NCAP standards and are offered with roadside assistance, free maintenance for three years, and extended warranty coverage depending on the model.
VinFast is also introducing customer-focused programmes to support EV adoption in India. These include a value-assurance scheme that provides a guaranteed resale value after a certain period of ownership, extended free charging support on the V-Green charging network until March 2029, and promotional offers encouraging customers to shift from petrol and diesel vehicles to electric mobility.
