Vogele Unveiled Super 800-5 P-Tier Mini Class Paver

Ludwigshafen, Germany - Joseph Vogele AG., a construction machinery manufacturer, unveiled its next-generation Super 800-5 P-Tier mini class paver, designed to address the needs of narrow construction projects.

The Super 800-5 is specifically built for projects requiring tight maneuvering and precision. With operating widths ranging from 1.6 to 11.5 feet, it is equipped with extending screeds AB 200 and AB 220, making it ideal for narrow job sites. The paver’s compact design measures 6.7 feet in height, 10.1 feet in width, and 16 feet in length, allowing it to navigate congested areas with ease.

The Super 800-5 features a 6.4-ton hopper with hydraulically adjustable walls, enabling easy adaptation to varying material feed sizes. The hopper can be folded into two parts, providing an unobstructed view to simplify movement and loading operations. With a feed height of just 9.1 inches and a maximum layer thickness of 7.9 inches, the paver is well-suited for precision applications.

Vogele has designed the Super 800-5 with operator comfort and efficiency in mind. The platform provides excellent visibility, while the new storage system includes a tool and drink holder, coat hooks, a 24-volt socket, and a control console. The console is ergonomically adjustable and includes a machine operating data display, enabling better machine control and ease of use.

The Super 800-5 is equipped with a 74-horsepower Deutz TCD 2.9 L4 engine, meeting Tier 4 Final standards for efficient power and emissions compliance. It also offers optional features like adjustable LED floodlights, hydraulic auger height adjustment, hydraulic screed assist, and a washdown system with a tank and hose reel, improving its versatility and performance on various job sites.

Vogele also showcased the Super 1803-5 X-Tier wheeled paver and the MT 3000-5 material feeder, the largest of its kind. These innovations highlight Vogele’s leadership in the paving industry, offering high-performance, compact solutions with operator-focused features for diverse construction projects.
