Essen (Oldenburg), Germany - Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG., a highly-engineered equipment producer, has launches the new BlackBird Single trailing shoe linkage, a compact and lightweight spreading system designed for even, precise, and low-emission liquid manure application across working widths of 7.5 to 12 meters.
Mr. Henning Ahlers, Sales Manager Agricultural Technology Germany at Vogelsang, said “With the BlackBird Single, we are offering modern liquid manure spreading technology which is suitable for smaller slurry tanks and working widths and meets the stricter legal requirements. The standard transport lock is detached on the linkage side and makes it easier to retrofit the trailing shoe system to almost any slurry tanker.”
The BlackBird Single weighs just 1,050 kilograms for a 12-meter working width, thanks to its durable plastic runners and compact linkage design with a centrally mounted ExaCut precision distributor. Its lightweight construction protects the ground during crossings and makes retrofitting and handling easier. The integrated transport lock in the folding cylinder also simplifies the retrofitting process.
The BlackBird Single adapts seamlessly to varying ground conditions, ensuring uniform and precise slurry application, even on hilly terrain. With a folded transport width of 2.55 meters, it complies with European legal regulations. The trailing shoe linkage is available in working widths of 7.5, 9, 10.5, and 12 meters.
