Bengaluru - VST Tillers Tractors Ltd., a power tillers and tractors manufacturer, has released its sales report for June 2025, highlighting a significant surge in its power tiller segment while experiencing a modest decline in tractor sales.
The company sold a total of 7,149 units in June 2025, marking an impressive 92.6% growth compared to 3,710 units sold in June 2024. This robust performance was largely driven by exceptional demand for power tillers.
In June 2025, VST sold 6,651 power tillers, a substantial 112.7% increase over 3,128 units sold during the same month last year. This surge reflects growing market demand and VST’s strengthening presence in the compact mechanization segment.
However, the company's tractor segment witnessed a dip. Tractor sales stood at 498 units, representing a 14.4% decrease from the 582 units sold in June 2024.
For the year-to-date (April to June 2025), VST reported 11,701 power tillers sold, up 92.2% from 6,089 units during the same period last year. Meanwhile, tractor sales declined by 3.0%, with 1,254 units sold, compared to 1,293 units in the corresponding period in 2024.
Overall, VST’s total sales from April to June 2025 reached 12,955 units, registering a 75.5% increase from 7,382 units sold during the same period the previous year.
Despite the slight dip in tractor sales, the strong double-digit growth in power tillers underlines VST’s leadership in the small farm mechanization segment and highlights the company’s continued focus on serving India’s growing agricultural needs.
