Bengaluru – VST Tillers Tractors Limited., reported total sales of 5,853 units in July 2026, comprising 5,450 power tillers and 403 tractors, reflecting the company's continued presence in India's farm mechanisation market despite mixed demand across product categories.

Power tillers remained the company's largest sales contributor during the month, accounting for more than 93% of total monthly volumes. VST sold 5,450 power tillers in July 2026, highlighting sustained demand for compact mechanisation solutions among small and marginal farmers across key agricultural regions.

The tractor segment recorded 403 units in July 2026. While compact tractor demand continued, the segment experienced softer volumes compared with the corresponding period last year, reflecting varying purchasing patterns across rural markets.

Overall, VST's July performance underscores the company's strong position in the power tiller segment, which continues to be a key driver of its business. Demand for mechanised farming equipment remains supported by ongoing agricultural activities, improving rural mechanisation, and the increasing adoption of compact farm equipment by small landholders.

The company has continued to strengthen its farm equipment portfolio through power tillers, compact tractors and allied agricultural machinery, catering to diverse farming applications across India. Earlier in FY2026-27, VST highlighted growth in domestic tractor volumes and power weeder sales as part of its strategy to expand its presence in the mechanisation market.
