Bengaluru – VST Tillers Tractors Ltd., a tractor manufacturer, reported total sales of 4,940 units in March 2026, comprising 4,185 power tillers and 755 tractors.
Power tiller sales for the month stood at 4,185 units, compared to 7,221 units in March 2025, marking a year-on-year decline of 42.04%. Despite the drop, power tillers continued to account for the largest share of the company’s monthly sales.
Tractor sales, on the other hand, rose to 755 units in March 2026 from 671 units in the same month last year, registering a growth of 12.52% year-on-year.
For the year-to-date period from April 2025 to March 2026, VST’s total sales reached 56,243 units, up 32.08% from 42,584 units recorded during the previous corresponding period.
During the same period, power tiller sales increased to 50,332 units from 37,297 units, reflecting a 34.95% growth. Tractor sales also improved, reaching 5,911 units compared to 5,287 units last year, representing an 11.80% increase.
The company’s overall year-to-date performance was supported by stronger demand, with power tillers continuing to contribute the majority of total sales.
