Munich, Germany - Wacker Neuson SE., a construction equipment manufacturer, expands its site dumper lineup with a largest model DV125. Featuring a 12.5-tonne capacity (9 cubic yards heaped) and Dual View technology, it’s ideal for high-payload material handling.
Dual View dumpers offer operators the flexibility to seamlessly rotate the entire control panel and seat console 180 degrees, allowing for a quick and convenient change in seat position. This design ensures an unobstructed view in the direction of travel, enhancing visibility and safety during transport, loading, and dumping operations.
The Wacker Neuson DV125 is a high-capacity dual-view dumper with a 12.5-metric-tonne payload, designed for efficient material handling in tight spaces. Powered by a 100 kW (134.1 hp) Deutz TCD3.6 L4 engine, it features a hydraulic system operating at 241 bar with a 73 LPM flow rate. The skip holds up to 7,000 liters heaped and 3,700 liters at water level. With a top speed of 25 km/h and a 62% gradeability, the DV125 is a powerful, compact choice for demanding job sites.
The DV125 combines ease of operation with robust performance, featuring an articulated pendulum joint and hydrostatic all-wheel drive to maintain tractive force on rough terrain. Powered by a Deutz engine, it delivers exceptional capability, enabling operators to transport large volumes of material like a truck while benefiting from the versatility and maneuverability of a dumper.
The DV125 comes equipped with a range of advanced safety features, ensuring enhanced operator protection and machine stability. Key features include skip and tilt monitoring, a skip guard, and a hill-hold function, which help maintain control and prevent accidents on uneven terrain.
