      Gujarat - Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited., an electric vehicle manufacturer under the 'Joy e-bike' and 'Joy e-rik' brands, has signed an MoU with C4V., a lithium-ion battery technology company. The collaboration aims to advance battery technology, boosting electric vehicle performance and supporting India’s green mobility goals.

      The collaboration between Wardwizard and C4V focuses on developing advanced battery cells for Wardwizard’s electric vehicles, including high-speed scooters and three-wheelers. C4V's expertise in high-charging cycle batteries and stable Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) technology will cater to India’s climate. The partnership aims to localize manufacturing in India, supporting the 'Make in India' initiative and promoting sustainable energy solutions.

      Mr. Yatin Gupte, Chairman & Managing Director of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, highlighted the importance of the collaboration in advancing EV technology and supporting India’s green mobility goals. “The partnership aligns with the company’s focus on localization and technological advancement in the electric vehicle sector.”

      Dr. Shailesh Upreti, CEO of C4V, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership and the opportunity it provides to bring advanced battery technology to India. He also noted the potential to establish supply agreements in India and other regions through the collaboration with Wardwizard.

      The partnership between Wardwizard Innovations and C4V aims to advance EV battery development, with plans to localize production in India and target global markets. By leveraging their combined expertise, the companies aim to promote electric mobility adoption and support sustainable energy initiatives.
