Wardwizard signed MoU with Ampvolts to expand EV Charging

Vadodara- Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited., under the Joy e-bike and Joy e-rik brands, has signed an MoU with Ampvolts Limited., an EV charging infrastructure provider. This partnership aims to advance green mobility by developing robust EV charging networks in India and beyond. Wardwizard will identify strategic locations for charging stations, act as a front-end partner for key projects, and provide essential resources, including financial support, to foster a comprehensive EV ecosystem.

Ampvolts Limited will enhance this partnership by supplying advanced electric vehicle charging equipment, including chargers and related hardware, to Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited. Additionally, they will deliver tailored CMS software solutions to support payment gateways and online monitoring systems. Ampvolts will also extend its Battery as a Service (BaaS) offerings to Wardwizard’s B2B clients, providing innovative and integrated solutions to optimize business operations.
