      St. Louis, Missouri - Wirtgen GmbH., a construction machinery manufacturer, to Unveil New Machines at World of Asphalt/AGG1 2025, held March 25-27, 2025 at the America's Center Convention Complex in St. Louis, Missouri. Highlights include Hamm’s next-generation compaction assistant system, Wirtgen’s newest cold milling machine, and Vogele’s compact paver.

      Automated compaction assistant system of Hamm, improves road durability and reduces contractor costs. Debuting at World of Asphalt 2025, Smart Compact Basic adjusts vibration frequency and amplitude based on soil and asphalt conditions, while Smart Compact Pro adds temperature and stiffness monitoring, GPS integration, and auto-adaptive settings. These advanced systems ensure consistent compaction quality, extending pavement life and enhancing efficiency for North American contractors.

      Wirtgen will also showcase the HD+ 120i VIO-2-HF tandem roller, featuring three-point articulation steering tailored for North American applications. Equipped with two maintenance-free VIO drums, it allows operators to choose between static compaction, vibration, or oscillation. Also on display will be the HX 70i tandem roller, the HP 100i pneumatic-tire roller for chip seal applications, and the HD 12e VV, which delivers emission-free compaction and reduced operating noise thanks to its fully electric drive system.

      Wirtgen expands its large milling machine lineup with the W 210 XF, combining high performance and compact design. With milling widths from 6 feet 7 inches to 8 feet 2 inches (2.0 to 2.5 meters) and a maximum milling depth of 13 inches (330 mm), it is ideal for surface rehabilitation, full pavement removal, and fine milling. Designed for versatility, the W 210 XF ensures maximum efficiency across a wide range of projects.

      Vogele will showcase three advanced pavers: the SUPER 1703-3i wheeled paver, featuring a 173 hp engine, 8–15 ft 6 in paving width, and Pivot Steer for maneuverability; the SUPER 2000-3i tracked paver, a high-performance highway paver with a Tier 4f engine, 28 ft 3 in max paving width, and EcoPlus for efficiency; and the SUPER 700i mini-class paver, ideal for tight spaces with a 74 hp engine, 1 ft 8 in–10 ft 6 in paving width, and compact design. These models highlight Vögele’s commitment to efficient, versatile paving solutions.
