Xiaomi Launches Its New-Generation SU7 Series

Beijing, CHINA - Xiaomi Corporation, a consumer electronics and smart manufacturing company, has officially launched the new-generation Xiaomi SU7, a fully electric sedan positioned as “The Driver’s Car for a New Era,” and offered in three variants: Standard, Pro, and Max.

The new-generation Xiaomi SU7 introduces substantial upgrades across design, safety, driving dynamics, connectivity, and cabin luxury, making it a more refined and intelligent premium electric sedan. Staying true to its original identity, the model retains its signature proportions and key styling elements such as the waterdrop headlights and halo taillights, while adding new exterior colors, updated wheel designs, a redesigned air intake grille, and an electric front trunk that enhances both practicality and personalization.

Inside, Xiaomi has significantly elevated the cabin experience with more premium materials, refreshed interior color themes, a redesigned center console, wraparound ambient lighting, and improved seat comfort for both front and rear passengers. Nearly all high-contact surfaces are finished in soft-touch materials, while features such as Nappa leather trim, quilted upholstery, upgraded sound insulation, better heat protection, a faster-cooling onboard refrigerator, and newly developed in-car fragrance options further strengthen the car’s luxury appeal.

Performance has also been improved with the introduction of the Xiaomi HyperEngine V6s Plus across the lineup, delivering faster acceleration, higher efficiency, ultra-fast charging, and a maximum range of up to 902 km. The new Smart Chassis 2.0 further enhances the driving experience with upgraded suspension, sharper steering, stronger braking, better grip, and intelligent technologies that improve ride comfort, vehicle stability, and safety in changing road conditions.

On the technology front, the new-generation Xiaomi SU7 gains a more advanced intelligent platform with a Four-in-One Domain Control Module, upgraded Xiaomi HyperOS smart cabin, improved voice assistant capabilities, and deeper integration with Xiaomi’s wider smart ecosystem. Assisted driving has also been enhanced through Xiaomi’s new XLA architecture, which supports smoother navigation, smarter parking, better environmental perception, and faster system response.

Safety remains a core highlight of the new SU7, with a stronger body structure using ultra-high-strength steel and aluminum, expanded airbag protection, advanced battery safety systems, and new escape and owner-management features. Altogether, the new-generation Xiaomi SU7 combines premium design, stronger performance, smarter technology, and higher levels of protection to deliver a more complete and aspirational electric sedan experience.
