Las Vegas, USA - YANMAR Holding Co., Ltd., an agricultural machinery company, introduced two new compact track loader pilot models, the TL25RP and TL50RP, at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 as part of its plan to unify the compact track loader lineup under the One Yanmar strategy.
Both models feature ASV Posi Track undercarriage technology with a fully suspended torsion axle system designed to improve traction, stability, digging performance and material retention on soft or uneven terrain. The machines were displayed in Yanmar red, with a phased rollout planned for fall 2026.
The TL50RP is powered by a 53.8 hp engine, while the TL25RP uses a 23.2 hp engine and is designed for compact jobsites. The RP designation refers to a radial lift configuration combined with the Posi Track undercarriage system.
Both machines use a suspended undercarriage with torsion axles. Additional suspension in the mid rollers allows the tracks to move independently over rough terrain, helping maintain ground contact and improving ride quality.
Unlike steel-embedded track systems, the Posi Track design does not use steel reinforcement inside the rubber tracks, allowing greater flexibility so the tracks can better conform to uneven surfaces and maintain traction in soft conditions.
The new models are part of the integration of ASV and Yanmar compact track loader portfolios following Yanmar’s acquisition of ASV in 2019. Machines incorporating ASV technology will transition to Yanmar branding while retaining the Posi Track system and ASV engineering heritage.
