Poole, United Kingdom- Yunex Traffic., a has supplied, commissioned and will maintain rapid DC chargers to meet the needs of Bristol Airport’s airside electric vehicle (EV) fleet. The company is providing full, ongoing service and maintenance support, to ensure the high availability levels that are required for operational performance at one of the UK’s major regional airports.
Bristol Airport is now focused on having a net zero airport operation by 2030 after exceeding its carbon neutrality objective in 2021 by four years. Transit buses, ground handling, security vehicles, and the provision of a dependable charging infrastructure network are only a few of the operational aspects of the airport.

As part of future-proofing the charging infrastructure, Yunex Traffic is expanding the network with rapid DC chargers, including the versatile Efacec 60kW DC charger, which can be upgraded to 90kW or 120kW as needed. This expansion caters to Bristol Airport's evolving electric vehicle fleet and high voltage electric vehicles, both airside and landside.
