India -Zelio E-Mobility., an electric two- and three-wheeler manufacturer, has appointed Divyanshu Agarwal as its Chief Executive Officer, effective April 15, 2026. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen leadership and drive the next phase of growth.
Divyanshu Agarwal joins Zelio from Navi, where he was associated since November 2021. During his tenure, he progressed to Head of UPI Business and Growth, gaining experience in scaling operations and building strategic partnerships.
He led the UPI business with a focus on execution and expansion, while also contributing to key initiatives such as fundraising and cross-functional projects across finance, product, HR, and legal. He worked closely with founder Sachin Bansal on strategic initiatives.
At Zelio E-Mobility, Agarwal will focus on improving operational execution and scaling manufacturing capabilities, including new facilities in Odisha and Coimbatore. His role will also involve expanding market presence, strengthening distribution, and enhancing product-market alignment.

The appointment comes as Zelio E-Mobility continues to expand its presence and strengthen its position in the electric mobility market.
