      ZF expands its partnership with Oceaneering

      Friedrichshafen, Germany- ZF., has expanded a strategic agreement with Oceaneering International, Inc., to serve the shuttle market for segregated lanes. As part of this partnership, Oceaneering will receive the license for the production and exclusive sales rights of ZF‘sGRT  shuttle, which is primarily designed for use on segregated lanes. With over 100 million autonomously driven kilometers in real traffic, more than 14 million passengers transported and an uptime performance of over 99 percent, it is considered the most experienced autonomous transport system. The 3rd generation of the GRT has been implemented in Rivium and set in operation with unconditional release since 2022.

      For more than 30 years, Oceaneering and 2getthere, a ZF company, have collaborated on the design, development, and innovation of automated shuttle systems that serve entertainment venues all over the world. With Oceaneering, ZF's subsidiary 2getthere has a collaborator who is advancing theme park guest transport and improving the guest experience. Presently, ZF and Oceaneering are deepening their partnership by introducing autonomous shuttles to the American market.

Oceaneering will assist businesses, towns, and municipalities looking to improve their mobility environment and move people and commodities efficiently through autonomous transport.
