Fontana, California- ZM Trucks., a manufacturer and seller of zero-emission, of the ZO Motors North America LLC has officially introduced the T75 Battery-Electric Terminal Tractor, a purpose-built, zero-emission vehicle designed to meet the demanding needs of ports, warehouses, and distribution yards across North America. The T75 made its public debut at the 2025 Port Electrification Conference, where it attracted significant attention from fleet operators and sustainability advocates.

Engineered from the ground up as an all-electric vehicle—not a diesel retrofit—the T75 combines industrial-grade performance with cutting-edge clean energy technology. It offers a 75-mile operational range, a Gross Combined Weight Rating (GCWR) of 165,350 pounds, and an 80,000-pound fifth wheel lifting capacity, making it well-suited for full-day yard operations.

A standout feature is the T75’s dual-gun DC fast charging system, which enables rapid recharging from 20% to 80% in as little as 42 minutes delivering diesel-like uptime while dramatically cutting emissions and noise. Its quiet operation also improves working conditions and driver satisfaction, particularly on long or overnight shifts.

Under the hood, the T75 packs 415 peak horsepower and up to 2,802 lb-ft of torque, offering the muscle needed for heavy-duty yard work. Safety and visibility are enhanced through a full ABS air brake system, LED exterior lighting, and halogen headlights.

Inside the operator cab, the T75 is equipped with a 10-inch LCD digital dash, 360-degree cameras, a full HVAC system, and ergonomic controls, ensuring driver comfort and situational awareness during extended shifts. Built on a rugged chassis platform, the T75 also offers optional features such as central lubrication and a hydraulic trailer package for off-road applications like dump truck work.

Fleet managers will benefit from the tractor’s integrated telematics system and robust electrical architecture, which are optimized to support high-duty cycles and ensure reliable performance in continuous operations.

With the launch of the T75, ZM Trucks signals its commitment to zero-emission heavy-duty transport and provides a practical, fleet-ready solution for operators looking to modernize and decarbonize their yard operations.

Mr. Joost de Vries, CEO of ZM Trucks, said, "This isn't just a diesel truck with a battery pack. The T75 was engineered from scratch to be electric, rugged enough for long shifts, smart enough for modern fleet management, and clean enough to meet today's zero-emission goals."
